1. Overview
At AmoreConnect, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our digital business cards, email signatures, and associated services. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully before purchasing any of our subscriptions or physical products (e.g. NFC Cards).
2. Subscriptions & Software Services
All subscription plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing section. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to request a refund.
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the initial purchase or on subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund.
3. Physical Products (NFC Cards & Accessories)
Because physical items are custom-printed and programmed:
- Cancellations: Orders for physical NFC cards can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, before custom printing begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your card arrives damaged, fails to read, or has a printing error, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or description of the issue.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank or payment gateway (PayPal or Cashfree), the refund will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method used.
